Shipping and delivery policy

BoxFresh Bathrooms Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a link via your provided e-mail address to select your desired delivery date. You will also be able to use this link on the day of delivery to track your order. Upon delivery, you will be given a delivery note stating all the items that are being delivered.

Shipping Rates & Locations

Shipping for all orders costs a flat rate of £15+vat (£18 incl. VAT) to the United Kingdom mainland only. We currently do not offer delivery out with the United Kingdom mainland. We do not offer an alternative collection or local delivery service.

Delivery Information

All deliveries are made by our Trusted Supplier. Home deliveries are made between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery will be either AM or PM. We cannot guarantee any specific times you enter in Delivery Information will be met. Whilst we endeavour to meet all agreed dates and times, this cannot be guaranteed, as unforeseen circumstances may affect our ability to achieve this. Therefore, we recommend that you refrain from scheduling any professional trades people until your goods have been received and inspected.

Deliveries will be made by supplier fleet with one driver, or via an authorised carrier where appropriate.

All our deliveries are kerbside only by definition. What this means is that your order will arrive on a pallet, or separately (not on a pallet) depending on size and will be delivered to the nearest flat, hard and accessible location to your property. This is our trusted supplier’s definition of a ‘kerbside delivery’. The Delivery Team are not insured to enter your property or unpack your order, however, their delivery driver is ultimately responsible for where they can sensibly offload your order for the care and safety of your product.

Depending on the size and weight of the product on your order, the delivery driver may require assistance with offloading.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your confirmed chosen delivery date, please contact us at info@boxfreshbathrooms.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@boxfreshbathrooms.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
